Because we are convinced of our quality, we offer a 24-month guarantee. This applies from the original purchase date to all products purchased via the official PAUL HEWITT website. The statutory warranty remains unaffected.

Please note the following exceptions:

 

Jewelry :

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural disasters.
  • Defects and damage caused by normal wear and aging (e.g. minor scratches, peeling of the coating, etc.).
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (shocks, dents, scratches, snagging, damage, etc.) or accidents.
  • Failure or damage due to unwarranted repair or modification.
  • Limited products: If a limited product has a defect and you would like to have it replaced, please note that we can only offer a replacement if the product is still available.

 

Watches :

  • Damage of any kind caused by an accident, improper use or mishandling.
  • Lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, misuse or wear and tear.
  • Damage to batteries, bracelets, link bracelets or glass.
  • Routine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Water intrusion caused by using the PH clock contrary to the ATM (atmospheric) label.
  • Damage caused by repair, maintenance or alteration by anyone other than an authorized jeweler/watchmaker.
  • Limited products: If a limited product has a defect and you would like to have it replaced, please note that we can only offer a replacement if the product is still available.

 

Outlet :

  • The voluntary guarantee does not apply to products purchased from our outlet. The statutory warranty remains unaffected.

 

Online factory sales :

  • The voluntary guarantee does not apply to products purchased from our online factory outlet. The statutory warranty remains unaffected.



In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us by registering the case as a return with the return reason “Item is faulty/damaged”. You can make your return HERE register. To register your warranty case, you need the order number (tip: you can also find the order number in your customer account at any time), your email address and a detailed description of the error as well as a photo of the defective product. We will process your request within approximately 24 hours and, after reviewing the request, provide you with a free return label that you can use to return the product. After the product has been sent in, we will exchange the product.
