Account Manager APAC (m/f)

As Account Manager APAC you are responsible for driving and coordinating PAUL HEWITT’s retail business development in the Asia-Pacific region. In close cooperation with our international account management, you are going to be the main service contact for our existing regional distributors and retail partners in operational business as well as in terms of joint marketing and brand development activities. You will work from Shenzhen and report to the General Manager APAC Business directly.

Your Challange

  • Driving sales and offline business growth in Asian countries in accordance with PAUL HEWITT’s strategy
  • Identifying opportunities for joint activities with distributors and retail partners
  • Defining and managing joint projects with distribution and retail partners
  • Handling of and following up on distributor and retail partner orders from order receipt to goods arrival
  • Creating order-related documents, e.g. proforma invoices and sales contracts, and informing related departments accordingly
  • Following up on payments, Fapiao issuing and dunning
  • Contract management incl. monitoring of contractual obligations of PAUL HEWITT as well as retail partners and distributors
  • Ensuring achievement of offline targets and compliance with third-party commitments and agreements incl. definition and execution of related action items
  • Clarification and handling of complaints of retail partners and distributors as well as respective follow-up actions
  • Frequent visits of retail partners, distributors and stores
  • Ensuring the quality of the presentation of PAUL HEWITT’s products in retail stores
  • Creating and providing distributors and retail partners with marketing material
  • Maintaining various templates and reports
  • Supporting the development of the strategy for the Asia-Pacific region
  • Supporting tasks related to outbound logistics

 

Your Profile

  • University degree in marketing or business management with focus in marketing or equivalent qualification
  • First job experience in sales and/or account management, preferably in end-consumer businesses
  • Strong project management skills as well as ability to structure and coordinate complex activities
  • Creativity as well as a strong sense for esthetic designs and phrasing matching with the PAUL HEWITT brand philosophy
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Chinese native speaker
  • Business fluent in English is a must
  • Strong team player
  • Extraordinary engagement, reliability, pro-activeness, commitment and communicative talent
  • Readiness for frequent business travel within the Asia-Pacific region

Executive Assistant (m/f)

As Executive Assistant to the General Manager APAC Business, you will support PAUL HEWITT’s growth in the Asia-Pacific region in various fields of business management such as finance, tax & legal affairs, company administration and partner management. You will work from Shenzhen and report to the General Manager APAC Business directly.

Your Challange

  • Support of financial management and banking, e.g. by doing and monitoring financial transactions, monitoring and following up on invoices, and supporting the accounting
  • Clarification of legal and tax affairs as well as coordination with the company’s legal and tax advisors
  • Clarification and coordination of administrative aspects at Chinese authorities
  • Administration and filing of company documents, incl. applying for required business-relevant approvals and monitoring timelines for renewal
  • Support of reporting and forecasting activities
  • Support in Human Resource management
  • Maintenance of master data files
  • Providing business partners with business-relevant information
  • Coordination and preparation of meetings and travel arrangements
  • Translation (Chinese-English) of business documents and conversations
  • Various additional tasks related to managing the business in Asia

 

Your Profile

  • University degree in business administration, preferably with focus in finance and controlling
  • Strong affinity to finance and administrative management subjects
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills as well as ability to coordinate activities involving various positions and partners
  • Excellence and experience in dealing with Chinese legal, financial and tax authorities
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Chinese native speaker is a must
  • Business fluent in English is a must
  • Strong team player
  • Extraordinary engagement, reliability, pro-activeness, commitment and communicative talent
  • Readiness for frequent local travel in the Shenzhen-Guangzhou-Dongguan area

Intern for the area Social Media Marketing / Influencer Marketing (m/f)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern (m/f) for a period of 3-6 months in the following area: Influencer Marketing

Your new challenge

  • During your entire internship period, you will be responsible for the contact between influencers and our Instagram channel and managing this independently
  • You will identify/acquire new influencers and negotiate a budget independently with them
  • Your identification with our company will help you select the right influencers and bring our brands closer to our followers, thereby expanding our reach
  • You will work in a young team on social media campaigns for product launches and events

Your profile
